The one question to ask every provider

"What is your total fee percentage — care management plus administration — as a percentage of my quarterly budget? For my Classification 3, that budget is $5,479.94 per quarter. I need a combined percentage figure, not just the care management component."

The care management fee is legally capped at 10% ($547.99/quarter for Classification 3). Administration fees are not capped — but must be disclosed in your service agreement before you sign. Get this number from at least three providers before making a decision.
